Ticket Palace is a marketplace connecting event organisers with buyers. Organisers list tickets for their own events; Ticket Palace processes payment and facilitates delivery but does not itself organise or host events.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or create an organiser account.
Tickets are delivered digitally, locally, or by shipping, as selected by the organiser for that event. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; the organiser is responsible for delivering tickets as described.
Organisers confirm that any tickets they list are legitimate and that they have the right to sell them. Listing fraudulent, duplicate, or misrepresented tickets may result in listing removal and account suspension.
If an event is cancelled or tickets are not delivered as promised, buyers are entitled to a refund. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Ticket Palace is not liable for losses arising from an organiser's failure to deliver tickets or host an event as described, beyond facilitating a refund where applicable.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
